We provide tax, accounting and consulting services to successful businesses, their owners, and independent professionals in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and neighboring cities and areas. We specialize in small businesses and S-corporations, rental properties, and business consulting to minimize your tax burden. Our clientele includes professional services such as attorneys, doctors, dentists, wholesale/retail, gas stations, construction, contractors, and service industry businesses such as restaurants, pool services, salons, etc. We also prepare fiduciary tax returns form 1041 for trusts and estates.
In addition to business, individual and trust/estate tax preparation, we offer a monthly accounting service, which includes bookkeeping, sales tax preparation, and payroll service. Our rate is only a fraction of what you would pay someone in-house to perform these tasks.
We also help with back taxes, IRS letters, notices, office in compromise (OIC), and tax audits. In some cases, we may be able to help you waive thousands of dollars in penalties assessed by the IRS.
