Xingli (Shelly) Zhang, CPA

Xingli (pronounced as Shing-lee), also known as “Shelly”, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Arizona. She is a bi-cultural tax professional proficient in both English and Chinese business environments. Xingli specializes in tax preparation, planning, and consulting for small business, business owners and well-off individuals. She is passionate about helping business and families grow and save on taxes.

Xingli received her CPA license in 2008 and has close to 20 years experience in tax preparation. She grew up in northern China and graduated from Fudan University, one of China’s topmost institutions of advanced learning and higher education. She holds a master’s degree in International Relations from University of Southern California (USC) and a post-baccalaureate certificate in accountancy from Arizona State University (ASU).

Xingli is active in the CPA and local community in Phoenix, AZ. As a member of the Arizona Society of CPAs (ASCPA), she serves the Taxation Committee and is an ASCPA Champion member. She was former president and board member of Entrepreneur CPA Network (eCPAn). She consistently takes continuing education classes and seminars to keep up with the ever changing tax laws.

In her spare time, she likes to spend time with family and friends, hike, golf, read books, travel, and enjoy fine foods.

Megan McMahon, Staff Accountant 

Megan grew up in Seattle, Washington. She worked at different positions until she found her true love for numbers. Balancing numbers may be boring for others, but fun for her.

She graduated from Western Governor’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is actively working toward obtaining a CPA license. In previous years, she has volunteered through community programs to provide free tax preparation services to households. She excels at learning new concepts, understanding accounting systems, and is attentive to details.

Megan moved to Arizona and joined the firm in February 2021. She works on tax preparation, accounting, and financial statements preparation. She is thorough, acute, and passionate about helping clients.

Since relocating to Phoenix, she has enjoyed exploring the desert and getting involved in her local community. Her friends and family have enjoyed coming to visit her frequently since moving. In her free time, Megan enjoys reading, hiking, road trips, and cross-stitch.
